I had a discussion about my ugly beauties (Marant sneakers),.. What makes us love things..? Makes us feel as a part of something exclusive n special..?

Does anyone make any new, really new moves in fashion today?? Sometimes I kinda believe that something happens but.. I'm wondering..

 

Coco Chanel transformed women's clothing! She changed It from corsets to more comfortable clothing. She was the first designer ever to introduce the color black in to fashion. And of course she was well known for her little black dress!

I found a fantastic book about Paris today.

As a Mediterranean girl, I've always been influenced by the Southern European fashion designers, and the European "dress for apperance" fashion. The last year I've been glazing overseas finding new interesting designers in the US. Who actually became my favourites at the moment.

Allthough the diffearences has been huge, the fashion are getting closer to each other, but It still exists..

You can define it in this way: in Europe we dress for appearance and in the US women dress a lot more for comfort. It must be stated that very fashionable women on both sides of the Atlantic have very individual styles which makes it impossible to generalize

The fashion world delivers so much beauty, but don't forget -

beauty is individuality...

 

The designers that inspires me right now are:

Amazing Rick Owens!

A-list style icons sisters Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen (The Row).

Everyday classic with a twist Phillip Lim.

New creative director of Balenciaga, Alexander Wang.

The late Helmut Lang...

 

But off course the Frensh fashion is crowned forever.

 

 

 

     Today 23 years ago Nelson Mandela was relised after having been imprisoned since 1964.                             46664 Bangle Initiative was launched in June 2008 under 46664 concert in London, which was held to celebrate Nelson Mandela's 90 birthday. The goal is to create a piece of jewelery of high value, made by the South African precious metals silver, gold and platinum.

It's one of those things, once you try u just can't go without it. I usually never say never but I remember my first discussion about ballerina shoes: never ever I said 😊.. Just a few years later, of course I am a owner of many pairs. Actually this month I purchased two ballerina's by Lanvin..
I was lucky and naught a pair of beautiful red ones at ABCD, they were on sale and I got them for half the price!! The other ones I bought at my favorite store: NK acces. This store is probably one of the most beautiful stores in Europe! One of those shops (there are not many) that can't make you say no, no matter what taste you have.
The other "crazy moment" happened with Isabel Marant sneakers!! Does anyone tried those ugly beauties and said that they don't want a pair??? I don't believe so!!
When I saw them for the first time I didn't even tried them on. But yes, I thought they were cool, definitely. The price felt a bit to much for something I couldn't define either ugly or beautiful. But I didn't stay indifferent, no one can.... So the Marant story started of for me last year in Paris, I'll show you how I wore those..Heel measures approximately 100mm/ 4 inches. Spotted on everyone from street style icons to the front row, model 'Bekett' (which is my favourite just now) are a fashion pack essential, and I love this latest version with the star! If you’re addicted to heels (or prefere them as I do) and want a casual alternative, Isabel Marant going with a hidden wedge over an exposed one is so much classier!

Ooh my god soo comfortable..

 

When it comes to prices for me, If It looks expensive and If you really love It, I definitely believe Its worth every cent!

Sometimes you just know what's right for you, but sometimes - you'll learn from others..

As always she does remarkable shows, and yeah, shows are better in first row..
